Engaged packaging about forest fire.
The packaging gives few satistiques on forest fires, like 66% of all the forest fire, in Canada, are triggered by man, and gives advices for those who make outside fires.
The matches are combined into a compact block illustrating a burned forest by the passage of fire. Each match must be torn from the block to be used, sandpaper ending up on him at the base of the block.

Experiments on the materiality of the book. «What is a book?»
My creative process :
Create a perfect harmony between content and container, a dialogue between all partsof the book as object. The emphasis is on the notion of the reader’s experience. The goal is to have it participate in the creative process by requiring him to move fromobserver to participant. It forces them to adopt and agree to take actions that willinevitably alter the work. This responsibility changes the report he faces the object.
The unusual structure of my book aims to cause emotional encounter with the reader. The sewn binding makes it impossible to open the book and is to be removed in a gesture of appropriation of the object. The alteration of the structure makes the experience intense and ephemeral for the participant. Thereafter it is through food for thought, a non-linear narration and navigation open that I’ve tried to propel the reader on a given universe, but leaving it free to compose a path of its own.
ƒood for thought :
« Understood that the concept of the book is infinite, the search for the perfect book is as much; only remains to define infinity and eliminating everything else. »
« And if the key to perfect work was in the unique experience of the materiality of the book rather than its content? And if the form took precedence over function? And if all this time we were doing wrong? »

POSTER
The original images used to make these posters are not mine. They were realized by professional photographers (one on the right is from Michael Dweck, if someone knows about the left one, PLEASE let me know) and I do not want to steal their credits.
By cons, these posters were made as part of a school project and, therefore, in an objective non-profit. These images were used because they represent the spirit of my branding.

COASTERS
When going out in a club or in an hotel, especially packackers hotel, you may want to share informations about yourself to keep contact with someone you just met.
These coasters allow you to easily leave notes, as well as water stains, make these exchanges even more personal, funnier and freer.
The blank spaces allow you to write/draw, whatever you want to leave a souvenir or to share an anecdote.
